Account terms
1. You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe WEBAYU.
2. You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other required information to complete the sign-up process.
3. We cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that may result from your failure to protect your login information, including your password.
4. We’ll contact you by email regarding your account or any other reason related to your account.
5. When using the services of payment gateways (senangPay, PayPal, Billplz, etc.) to manage your payments, you’ll have to respect their respective terms of service in order to use it.
6. You may not use the template of WEBAYU for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of WEBAYU template, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
General conditions
1. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel and terminate an account for any reason, at any time, without notice.
2. Your use of WEBAYU template is at your sole risk. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Verbal, physical, written or other forms of abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any WEBAYU customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
4. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or frauds that can occur during the use of the service.
Payment, fees and pricing
1. All live accounts require a valid credit card. Test only accounts are free.
2. For the plan, fees will be billed one-time payment or annually (based on Package subscribed). Once confirmed, client is required to make full payment. Any additional features or functions that are not stated under Package Features will incur extra charges. Extra charges will be imposed if modifications of website layout & features are required by client after the web design is completed.
3. Payments of fees are non-refundable.
4. All fees are in MYR and exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
5. We are not responsible for any price change of a third party you use in connection with WEBAYU.
Cancellation and Refunds
1. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing us at support@webayu.com.
2. However, you are liable for the charge(s) for the full payment during which you have cancelled your account.
3. Upon cancellation, WEBAYU may delete any data file associated with your use of the WEBAYU Services.
4. No refunds will be provided if you have cancel your account.
Content Modification and Termination of Services
1. You may be able to upload, store, publish, display and distribute information, text, photos, videos and other content on or through the Services (collectively, “Website Content”). Website Content includes any content posted by you or by users of any of your websites hosted through the Services (“User Websites”). You are solely responsible for any and all Website Content and any transactions or other activities conducted on or through User Websites.
2. You agree that WEBAYU shall not be liable for any damage, foreseeable or unforeseeable, direct or indirect, that may result from the changes made to your Store under this section 1.
3. WEBAYU will not re-develop the website if client decided to continue using their website after the termination of services.
Privacy Policy
1. The website uses cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies for targeted advertising purposes. The data collected from our website visitors may be used by third parties to target advertising on other sites based on their online activity.
Warranties
1. We do not provide any warranties or make representations to you with
respect to Third Party Services. You acknowledge that WEBAYU has no control over Third Party Services and
shall not be responsible or liable to you or anyone else for such Third Party
Services.
2. Service is “as is” so it may have errors or
interruptions and we provide 6-months warranties and our liability is limited.
Support
1. Technical support in respect of the Services is only provided to WEBAYU
Users.
2. Technical support for a Theme is the responsibility of the designer, and
WEBAYU accepts no responsibility to provide such support. WEBAYU may be able to
help you contact the designer.
3. Client may call us for assistance on website
issue between 9am – 6pm during our working days or you can set
an appointment to our office for website training.
4. Any issues can be sent via email to WEBAYU Support or via creating a support ticket at https://eticketing.richtechsolutions.com.my
5. Please note that we can not provide any support for general issues not
related to WEBAYU.
6. We respond to our tickets as they come but it may take up to 24h to 48h.
